Hi guys I’m not to fimiliarvwith all this and and have some questions..
I’ve got a letter on the 26th saying I’been awarded lwrca and they will let me know if any money is owed and then 2 days later on the 28th another come through saying that they owe me some money.. This is (£795) Uc I’m guessing for the 3 months on Nil award.. it says I’m owed some universal credit because my sanction was reversed guessing this was bcuz my MR I requested via the journal and Wca outcome

I’m wondering if there is a back pay due for the lwrca.. I was sanctioned in June for failing to attend apt’s as I was sick and have been given near to Nil payments July Aug Sep and then come across this letter which states the above but there’s no mention in this letter about being back paid lwrca. I’m definitely sure that money is owed as my health condition was reported in Jan which means my assesment period ended April meaning Lwrca should be awarded from may…but the way the jobcentre have carried out this claim has been backwards to say the least.. does anybody know if I’ll be reciving a third letter to say that I’m owed a further payment?
My payments has been updated with the correct Uc sums Jan-Sep (£265) but then Oct says (£606) No mention or update of April-September with the sum (£606)
