hello, I received a text on Tuesday 27th September saying I’ve been awarded pip. I’ve phoned up pip got to a robot voice told me I’ll be getting paid on the 24th October. But when will I get awarded my back pay? When did people get awarded theirs this year? I’m in Scot

Once the money is paid it takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank account. The automated payment line will not give details of any money you're owed.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -

Money owed is paid first. Then your payments will be every 4 weeks. The decision letter will explain everything to you.

@buntytmw it took about 2 and a half months to get my assessment and 4 weeks after that for decision

@buntytmw Asking for a copy can often cause more anxiety than is needed, it’s only a recommendation too and is down to the DWP Decision Maker.

They've already requested it according to their other thread. I agree with you, it does cause a huge amount of needless anxiety.
