Positive spin?

I thought this might be a nice idea for a discussion.
I’m aware there are many conditions with nothing good about them, I have one myself, but does anyone have any health condition that are able to put some positive spin on; for example where it came in useful in some way?
Example:
My OCD was useful during the Covid pandemic. We had Covid in the household yet I never caught it. For years I have been unable to touch most surfaces that others have touched so was well used to avoiding surfaces that potentially had the virus on them. I also wash my hands a lot like a stereotypical OCD sufferer. It was funny watching others in shops and things trying to avoid touching things during the pandemic and thinking how much they looked like amateurs
Second one... as a result of all my issues, not any particular one, I think because there are things I can’t do I also appreciate the things I do have more like family, and also little things like a cup of coffee or a walk or being able to go for a drive.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts...

I'm hoping not to offend anyone here not my intention
Not being able to drive and work anymore means I don't have to sit in endless traffic jams on way to work and back
Also if we are out for a meal I can have a drink as I'm not driving nor that I'm a big drinker
Being in a wheelchair means I no longer get blisters on my foot or toes . I also always have a seat wherever l go
However I would very happily go back in time to when I was able bodied1 -
