Hello my people! Can someone please tell me.  am receiving LCWRA at the moment, and I was self employed before that. So let's say if I get review at some point and LCWRA finds me fit for work again, will minimum income floor apply to me ,if I was to be self employed again? Or I will get 12 months without it ,one more time? I'm little concerned because being out of work for 3years ( LCWRA)it can be hard getting new job 35hrs per week straight away.

The start up period won't apply if you're already had a start up period for any business you've had in the last 5 years.
If you're found to be gainfully self employed then the MIF will apply. Full details in this link. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/universal-credit/on-universal-credit/how-universal-credit-payments-work-if-youre-self-employed/

Are you recorded as self employed for UC and making monthly reports of UC of your self employment income and expenditure?

The MIF would apply if found for for work.

@calcotti. Thank you. My son 8yo lives with me since February 2020 but am not claiming anything towards him

You could be claiming child benefit for him (£21.80/week) and you should have added him to your UC claim (£244.58/month). I assume nobody else is claiming either for him if he lives with you.

@calcotti his mother claims even though he lives with me. I need to make application for child benefit. I spoke to HMRC and they said I should. My son started to live with me two years ago as he didn't want to be with her . But she kept benefits and never mentioned anything about it.

If she's still claiming benefits for him then you can report her. You won't be able to claim for him while she is still claiming.

@poppy . Child benefit people told me that I should make seperate claim. They will then decide who should claim. I spoke to people on other forums who went through same thing and they said same thing. That child benefit was awarded to them after making another claim.

Ideally she would withdraw her claim but Child Benefit are correct to advise you to apply. Where there are conflicting claims they will then make a decision about who is entitled - they may need to gather additional information to inform this decision.

If she is claiming for him on a UC claim that is fraudulent if he is not residing with her.

@calcotti . I don't know we don't really speak. He  stays with her only on Mondays because she can pick him up from school, but during holidays etc he goes to hers every other week for one night. But I haven't Idea if she claims thru UC or what she claims. Am assuming she is because why not...

Obviously depends on whether or not she claims UC at all. As per my previous applyyou could be claiming for him which would boost your income.
