Hi, my name is rebagh! My sister has OCD. This is increasing our energy bills cost. Any help?

Hi.
So I'm in a bind at the moment. I'm a student living with my sister who has OCD.
Her diagnosis is not formal but she is being treated with citalopram and therapy. This is not working as her symptoms are still bad and her showering takes hours and she's constantly washing her hands.
This has risen our energy bills high in addition to cost of showering products. Is there any help we can get either financially or with her treatment as this course of care is not working.
Any help would be appreciated.
