Good Afternoon
i received a txt earlier last week saying I’ve been awarded pip I got back money Friday
i was told if I phone the pip line I can find out when my first payment will be and this much
i never get this option I just get told to wait for an advisor waited 3 times for more than an hour and given up
is thus usual to not be able to hear your next payment details
im still waiting for the letter
thank you

This is why the automated system isn’t reliable. You can try again 0800 121 4433 option 6 (once you bypass the CoL message). If not then you will have to wait for the letter. As you have had the back payment you could try to use this link too:

That amounts to Standard Daily Living and Enhanced Mobility. As I have said above, the system isn’t reliable at all and I have heard of someone getting told a completely different figure to what they got in the past. You can call at 9am tomorrow and get straight through but at that point it’s pointless in calling as you should receive your decision letter very soon.0
