Hi

ive been trying all day to log into my universal credit but it’s not sending my txt code

ive tried about 10 times but get nothing and it’s not showing an other way

    I just tried logging into my daughters journal and have had no text from them either and usually it's sent within seconds. Sounds like there's an issue their end. If it continues then ring the helpline as suggested above.
    I've just asked a friend to try their journal too and they are also having the same issue. Definitely a problem their end. Hopefully, it will be sorted soon. Try again later or tomorrow morning.

    ive given up now lol they sent me a message saying to login it has sent me about 9 codes now but none of them work I will try latter

    The codes expire after 15 minutes if you don't use them. Maybe that's the issue now. I was sent a code recently, which worked for me.
