Hi everyone.
I have recently benn awarded the lower rate of pip daily living allowance and Lower rate mobility.
I disagree that I have been awarded lower rate mobiltyband believe I should be in the higher rate category for mobility.
my question is… if I disagree with the mobility component decision, is this the only part of my claim they will reconsider or will they reconsider the full claim including daily living allowance?
thanks in advance

Your existing award will continue when requesting the MR. They will look at your whole claim again but the most likely outcome will be the decision will remain the same. Before doing this you should get some expert advice to check that it's possible to score points needed for Enhanced mobility. Start here https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefitsWhether you're entitled to Enhanced mobility will totally depend on how your conditions affect you.

Hi,
The whole claim would be reconsidered, both Daily Living & Mobility.1
