A manager described me as having a "persecution complex" when I raised a legitimate workplace concern. I do not suffer from a persecution complex, nor do I suffer from psychosis or schizophrenia. From what I have seen, the manager did not investigate my concern, as it seen that it was simply my delusion that was the issue.

If you think your manager made you unhappy with the words he say and didn't show any concern for you then you can file a case against him for workplace discrimination. Last year my brother also go through this kind of situation but he was lucky because he found the best discrimination lawyer Cummings and Franck.JohnDoe79 said:A manager described me as having a "persecution complex" when I raised a legitimate workplace concern. Hello there @JohnDoe79 and thanks for your query, I'm sorry to hear what's happened, have you been able to speak to your manager about why they've said this since you raised your concern?
ACAS might be able to help if you feel you've experienced discrimination at work, they've got plenty of information and advice on what steps to take.
Is this something you've been able to speak with HR about, or another manager?
I know one of our community volunteers has advised you previously on the forum, so I'll tag @JaneC_ as she may also be able to help
Let us know if there's anything we can lend a hand with.

I don`t belong to a union, but it`s my understanding that they will not investigate anything that happened prior to joining.Wibbles said:JohnDoe79 said:A manager described me as having a "persecution complex" when I raised a legitimate workplace concern.
