Lcwra and re claim

Hi my husband works and I work part time and get the lcwra part of UC. I think his earnings may close our claim this month or nil this months UC award. If it closes and we re claim will I have to have a new WCA and start the process all over again or will my original decision from 2020 carry onto a renewal claim? There has been a delay I think with reviews as I had a 2yr thing and I think my review period has passed but I’ve not heard anything. Not sure if that makes a difference. Thanks

Your claim shouldn’t close if earnings reduce it to zero, it should remain open. If it does close then you can make a rapid reclaim by logging into journal and your LCWRA will continue.0
