Here: 0.2 now (with cap/£400) + Guess 0.4 in April 2023. (without help)

(+ food rises etc. making it dire!!! COL helps but soon disappears!)

What's your ratio?

Fuel Poverty Ratio = Fuel costs (usage x price) / income.

If the above ratio is greater than 0.1 then the household is Fuel Poor.

Thank you for sharing this @fluffycat Where did you find the calculation? I'm not sure if I've come across it before. It looks interesting. 

I suppose maybe it's the income you have available to spend in that case, @Biblioklept?
