You are invited to take part in our research study. Before you decide, it is important to understand what involvement in the project will mean for you and why the study is being done. If you wish, you may discuss the study with others. Ask us if you need more information or if you are not clear about anything and take time to decide whether you want to take part or not.

The aim of this study is to identify parents' experiences with their child’s wheelchair equipment and the assessment process for this, specifically parents of children with a Cerebral Palsy diagnosis.

The usual over simplified "choose one answer only" type of thing that clearly indicates that the person has little idea about the actual realities involved in having a disabled child who needs a wheelchair.  Sorry!

That sounds really frustrating @forgoodnesssake. Is this something you feel comfortable raising with the researchers?

It is really important that your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are used for making the research better in the future.

I am sure the researchers would really appreciate and accommodate your feedback  :)
