    @Daphne hopefully the £66 per month help with energy bills from the govt. has started to help reduce the cost of heating for you, and the other COL payments as well. I know it doesn't help but many many people and families are going to really struggle this winter, also 2 things that I'm finding helpful atm on facebook are 2 great groups "reduce your supermarket spend". and "skint dad" (you don't meed to be male or a dad for that one.
