How do you get DWP to pay out 71/2 months of non payment UC and why was I not entitled to the last cost of living payment when I did not receive Benifit. A couple, both with disability mental health problems being targeted by Job Shop centre. Will I expect to receive this cost of living payment this time as a below poverty candidate? What help can Scope give

You will need to give more information for anyone to be able to help you further. Why didn't you receive a payment of UC for over 7 months? For the first cost of living payment of £326 which was paid in July you will have needed to have received a payment of UC for an assessment period that ended between 26th April and 25th May. If you were claiming UC with a partner then you would be entitled to 1 payment between you, not a payment each. You will be eligible for the second Cost of Living Payment of £324 if you were entitled to a payment (or later found to be entitled to a payment) of Universal Credit for an assessment period that ended in the period 26 August 2022 to 25 September 2022. The payment is between you, not each.
