UPDATE
i receive PIP award text this morning @ 08:04. I’m over the moon!
thank you so much for your support and help, and I wish everyone the best with their claims.
I don’t know yet what I was awarded for, but I’m so happy.
this’s my PIPJourney:
Phone call the 11th of July.
Form received by email on the 28th of September, filled and sent back same day.
Text to say they have received my form same day.
Text received from IAS following day that they will deal with my PIP form.
Telephone assessment on the 28th of October at 9:50 which lasted 45 minutes. DWP texted me around 11:30 same morning that they have received my assessment report.
Award text this morning.
Good luck everyone.0 -

don’t forget getting pip can also mean you extra financial help with other things
and being awarded enhanced mobility makes you automatically eligible for blue badge and concessionary bus pass and other things too.
I think its worth having even if you don’t drive or use public transport a lot for any occasions you’re a passenger maybe?0 -

being awarded enhanced mobility makes you automatically eligible for blue badge and concessionary bus passThat's not quite correct. If you scored 12 points in "following and planning a journey" it doesn't automatically qualify you for the BB.In England you will only automatically qualify in this activity if you scored points for descriptor 1E "cannot undertake any journey because of overwhelming psychological distress"For the "moving around" part then at least 8 points here will give automatic entitlement to BB.For the disabled bus pass, it will depend on the Local Authority and not all of them will automatically give a bus pass to someone with Enhanced mobility. My LA doesn't and neither did my previous LA.Wales/Scotland maybe different.
