Hi all, just wanted to ask how I can do a claim for mobility only. I already have an award for enhanced daily and standard mobility. Won through tribunal and on there the judge wrote I deserved enhanced mobility. All the professionals am working with are saying I should be getting enhanced mobility not standard. So how do I best do so without them looking at the whole claim.

Hi and welcome to the community
As you already have an award in place the only way is to report a change in circumstances.
However this will mean the you will get new firms and go through assessment process again and the whole award will be reviewed not just mobility
If the judge thought you should have had enhanced mobility then why didn't he award it0 -
As janer says, you can't claim for one bit only. However claiming it doesn't seem to be the issue here. It appears that DWP have not properly followed the decision made by the tribunal. That is an administrative matter rather, not something you need to 'claim'.Rue601 said:Hi all, just wanted to ask how I can do a claim for mobility only.0
