Send a submission as soon as you are ready. Have you had the DWP 'bundle' yet?
I doubt the tribunal will accept a recording. They would need a certified transcription. However what went on at the assessment is irrelevant to your entitlement to PIP. Tribunals have limited time and reading through transcripts is not a use of their time. If there are some key factual errors in the assessment report you can highlight those. That's enough - tribunals know that reports are frequently inaccurate.
Your case is based on why you should be awarded PIP, not on errors in DWP papers.
Be adware that paper based tribunals have a much lower success rate than tribunals which the tribunal the opportunity to speak to you. Have looked at the paperwork they will identify inconsistencies and can then ask you for whatever information they need to inform their decision.1 -
Paper based hearings have success rate as low as between 5-8% against about 70% success for either appearing in person or video/ phone hearings. I’d advise you to change the paper based request if possible.

Yes have received the bundle although it was late and tribunal said they have proceeded to hearing due to dwp not replying in time. So whether to wait for a date then upload submission and evidence or hang fire in case they call with an offer as they are saying that I should make a new claim although all daily struggles and pain meds and aids were in place when claim was made back in february 2022. I have since had them increased and aids prescribed under occupational health all supported with evidence they already have they discounted the aids and said was convivence rather than necessity.0

If DWP have issued the bundle then it is unlikely that they will now make an offer. An offer is usually made before the bundle is prepared. I would submit asap.1

Any additional evidence you send will be sent to DWP.
