Good evening everyone.
Just would like some advice, please. so i am currently on a high rate for care but zero for mobility. but i believe basing it on the score for mobility i should be on a lower rate for mobility. i have got another 8 months or so left if that is for renewal. what should i do?
My close friend said appealed her claim and won hers recently and was backdated quite a lot back. please note it is not a case of how much i can get, its a case of i am missing out on money that i a legally entitled to. and i have decided i am going to go for it. as i have nothing to loose. what do i need to do now? or should i wait.

When was your PIP award made. If it is more than 13 months ago you are out of time to challenge the decision.
Information about the process here

I`m sorry to hear of your predicament, but you are not legally entitled to anything unless assessed to be so. You were assessed as not qualifying for mobility therefore you are not legally entitled to that benefit.thinkingsoul said:Good evening everyone.
