So I currently receive the higher components for everything on PIP.
I'm claiming UC and I send sick notes in to them every two months that state I'm not fit for work but they always try to make me go to appointments at the job centre when I don't even leave the house most days. My anxiety is really bad.
Do I still have to attend? I was on ESA years ago also and in the support group but due to recent circumstances I had to claim UC afresh.

I was not still claiming ESA as I was away for a while but I was claiming PIP. I have not had a work capability assessment.

Thanks. Then this means when claiming UC you are classed as a job seeker until a decision is made on your WCA. It's a work coaches discretion whether they turn off or reduce work commiments, some do and others don't.Your PIP award will have no relevance to this.1
