DWP offer after response and Bundle

Hi everyone,
has anyone who appealed for PIP, and after DWP responded to the case and received the bundle, still received an offer down the road before the hearing?

    It’s unusual because any further examination by DWP is usually while preparing the bundle.

    Thank you for your reply, i read elsewhere people saying did have such offers but i was under the same logic, that they make the bundle and forget about it. But is it impossible or unusual and that's why some people claim they got an offer just days before the hearing? That's why i ask for any personal experiences.

    Please don't get offended. I am a foreigner and I am guessing you took issue i said "that's why i asked". its just my language translating to English. Thank you for your reply.

    It's rare they make an offer at this stage but i can happen. I understood you perfectly.
