So I just phoned for an update of my claim and I have been refused both elements of PIP again! I haven’t got the letter yet but the lady has advised me to go for a Mandatory Reconsideration and I literally don’t know where to start! I feel like giving up 😑

You can challenge that decision by requesting the MR which you should put in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. I note from a previous thread that you applied also in 2019 but were refused. You may want to get some expert advice from an agency near you to check that its' possible to score enough points needed for an award before doing anything else. For this start here. https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits

Citizens Advice have a page on how to do a PIP MR @Floydiee1995, which I think is helpful in explaining the process a little more. Perhaps you could take a look, and let us know what you think?1
