Fit note

Hi all received fit note for UC today for my husband doctor gave him a month said he couldn't see why they needed it but I've explained they require one his put on there genetic and multiple other commodities and has said medical conditions are to complex to summaries and to see previous capability assesments and statements from us his dated it from today date but does date need to be from the date I claimed or does it not matter as long as his got the fit note we are due to see the work coach next week

The date doesn't matter because going from your other thread he's in the Support Group for ESA so this will be transferred to UC and he'll be entitled to the LCWRA element from the start of his claim and it should be included on your first statement.
