Dont give up I won at a Tribunal

Please everyone persevere with your application. I was knocked back twice and appealed and had my case heard at a tribunal after 14 months waiting. The panel were very nice and even the judge said she was astounded that I had received not a single point in my assessment. I was awarded both mobility and daily living components. The DWP want you to back down!!!
I have received my letter from the Tribunal listing my points etc and confirming the components but do I get the same decision letter from the DWP. The reason I ask is that I wish to apply for a blue badge but the application states letter from DWP. Can I use my Tribunal decision letter for this. Had the telephone call from DWP confirming bank details so I know monies are on their way. Could anyone help me with this

Good news. For the blue badge application then you will need to wait for the decision letter to arrive from DWP, if mobility award automatically qualifies you for a BB. Whether it does will depend where you scored the points.1

My Tribunal letter states all the points. I hold 10 points for "moving around" so qualify for a blue badge. Hope this letter from DWP does not take too long.0

They will not accept a Tribunal decision letter.

Well done you did good. Big congratulations from me. I have put in for my appeal today. Even though I have been awarded 11 points for daily living and 8 for moving around I am not a happy with the DM decision.
It looks like I am in for a long wait but I am willing to wait. The dwp need to learn that they just cant get away with making decisions based on there opinions and assumptions!0 -
Agreed even when I asked for reconsideration they came back with 0 points obviously some were entirely incorrect to help you from reconsideration to tribunal was 7 monthsChiChi said:Well done you did good.
