How are the payments transitioned? Does DLA stop then PIP start 4 weeks after? Rang PIP automated line and it says £493.11 from 29 December for PIP.
Is this high rate care and low rate mobility? Cannot get through to a human..
Not got award letter

First PIP payment is usually about 7 weeks after the decision was made. You should receive 1 last DLA payment in the meantime. You shouldn't take too much notice of the automated payment line because the information has been known to be incorrect. If there's an award you will need to wait for the decision letter which you should receive a couple of weeks after the decision was made. It will tell you when the first payment is and for how much and what day to expect future payments.1
