Yes i copied what you said and added the date of 26th July 2022, lets see what they say on Monday, as ive had no response yet.
Thank you again
Sean
This is such a basic and frequent issue it is very depressing that they clearly don't get enough training to get this right. There are no doubt many claimants who don't question this and who are consequently being underpaid.0 -
UPDATE:
Hi calcotti and Poppy
After lots of messages to my case manager, he says we havent been given a date for when Jo's LCWRA element will start, i assumed the date was when we got the letter on our journal, of course that isnt the case! So its not the 29th October as i thought. So ive no idea whats going on, this month we got a work allowance, which we have never had before and when i asked about that being backdated our journal was changed and the work allowance was added to July, August and September, so if thats backdated, the LCWRA will be backdated to then as well ? or am i missing something, and still no idea when we will get any money!!
I really do appreciate all your help calcotti and poppy

However even though the LCWRA status is backdated to July you still have the three month wait before the LCWRA element is payable which should be from December as per previous thread.calcotti said:Note also that although there is a waiting period for the LCWRA element to be paid the LCWRA status itself should be applied from when you reported the health condition. The WA should be backdated and this means that you should be owed arrears from previous months.Mrevertonone said:After lots of messages to my case manager, he says we havent been given a date for when Jo's LCWRA element will start,.. Jo got the award 29/10/2022 from this date its 91 days before you receive payment, any arrears from the date LCWRA awarded which is not on your account yet will be paid in the first clear assessment 10/2/2023..

Hi Guys, Latest message from our case message, this is all very confusing, they are saying theres no date given?
This is the message:
Hello Sean,
LCWRA has not been added to your account, the dates i have given in the past all go from the date Jo was notified thats all i can see, when it has been added it will include start and end dates that side has not been completed, hence the 91 days waiting period. Regards *********
He never answers my questions, ive asked if it will get back dated to 26th July when we first added change of health and added the fit note, i know there is the waiting period etc, why cant he just answer my question weather it will get backdated to the 26th July, im not asking an impossible question am i?
Thank you again guys
