Hi, I applied for ADP in early September and recently got a letter asking me to attend a video consultation in order to confirm my identity tomorrow afternoon. I was wondering if this means they plan on accepting my application, and how long it will be until I hear back from them afterwards. I was also wondering if ADP is backdated. Thanks!

I don't think anyone can tell you whether you'll be successfully awarded. Yes, if awarded you'll be owed money from the day you rang to start your claim.I have no idea how long the waiting times are for decisions for this because there's still very little information about it and not many people have posted here to give any feedback.1
