Thank you so like someone from citizens advice?0

They do not represent anyone at Tribunal now and haven't for quite sometime. Look for something like Welfare rights or a law cemtre. Use the link i posted above by putting your postcode in and dropping the box down to welfare benefits.

Welcome to the community @yorkshire_pudding25
I'm not a Yorkshire native, but I do live in Yorkshire now! I'm also a fan of a Yorkshire pud.0 -
@Tori_Scope I'm feeling really anxious about it. Iv got an appointment with cotzens advice and my doctor said the social prescribing team will ring0

OP, be aware that you don't need to have a representative so don't get worried if you can't get one. Getting help to assist you prepare for a tribunal may be helpful but at the hearing the tribunal will want to talk to you rather than your representative even if you have one. If you don't get a representative having a friend or family member with you may be helpful to calm you.0

That's useful to know. Iv just no idea what to expect0

It's perfectly normal to feel anxious about it @tishka2008. Many people find that it's not as scary as they expected it to be
Citizens Advice have some information about what to expect at a tribunal, which you might find helpful to read.
Also, I'm about to send you an email about your username, so please do keep an eye out for that if you can
