    @Beaver79 & @Sandy_123 - thanks for your concern.  I don't know really..
    @Biblioklept - a bit yeah, thanks.

    It's probably just new moon energy or something, but I just feel like recent events have got on top of me, I even got some good news today..

    Thanks @Ada I really need it at the moment.

    Had no coffee today, I am going to try and sleep earlier tonight.

    Not exactly, more frustrated with someone who says he will talk to me and then doesn't, but that's not the reason.  I don't know why I feel like this.  I'm getting a support worker next week and I just got approved for medical cannabis, so that's good news... I honestly, don't know why I am feeling like this.  Can't stop crying.

    I will go for a walk and see if that helps.. (although it's freezing, I don't fancy it at all)

    It happens My Friend. But when someone lets us down it hurts so much. Especially for folk like us. One of many reasons why I have zero friends.
    I truly care.
    I feel exactly the same.  I only have this one internet friend, but it feels like I always put way more effort in than anyone else.  It gets really disheartening..  :'(

    Thanks @Sandy_123 I ended up going to bed at 10.30pm last night, I woke up after 2 hours, but when I got back to sleep I slept through until 1.30pm today.  But I didn't feel like getting up, so decided to do what my body wanted and not what my mind told me to do (ie get up), and went back to sleep from 3-7pm.  I feel much better!  :smile:
    Thanks for everyone's support yesterday  :smiley:
