I love bananas but I only like them at a very specific ripeness. We always buy 5, not sure why, never learn, and only have 1-2 days where they are edible. The rest get turned into banana bread!!!0

Me too @66Mustang, I don't like them when they start to get too many brown spots, so I'll freeze them or bake them into something once they get past that. Perfect ripeness for me is yellow with a tiny bit of green.
You'll be glad to know that I did in fact secure the goods on my lunch break, the local shop had some that looked just right, so my banana stocks have been replenished!0 -
