Forgot to take a tablet last night which isn't that good because I'm going on the train this morning so it will make experience worse as symptoms mean I'm more thirsty which means I would need the loo more oops.

Thanks @Beaver79 it went without any hiccups  well apart from on the way back we nearly missed the train and the woman looked at us grumpily and said "you are supposed to be there 20 minutes earlier" but they got us on the train.
