Oh dear @Strawberry1 could it be anything to do with all the washing and pegging out you have been doing? Do you have a heat pad that you could put on it this might help? Please take care of yourself.

Hello @Bluebell21 , no I don't think it's anything to do with the washing I think it wear and tear . I will try to persist without anything for now if not then painkillers probably. Take care.
