    Had severe colitis attack now for a week or two and isn't dying down, severe stomach ache, and associated issues every single time I eat, also heartburn and aggressive reflux /laryngeal reflux every single time I eat or lay down also hand in hand.

    so going to try grab another couple of hours before getting back up at 1am to keep mum company on dialysis.
