In my defense, I'm planning a silly distance trek in my wheelchair next week.

All the time. I did around 50 miles in total last week and can do marathon distance (26.2 miles) relatively easily.

I was always a big walker before I became disabled and didn't want to lose that, so I've worked hard to do the same in a wheelchair.

My plan for this upcoming trek is just short of that distance (around 24 miles), but it will involve a lot of offroad and hill climbing too.

I can do 10 miles in under 2 hours, but I save the big ones to once a month because it takes some recovery. My next big plan is to do 46 miles on my 46th birthday.
