Hi Just some advice I guess
so i have welfare rights to support me with my tribunal
the lady rang me stating she has already wrote to pip to adjourn the tribanl as we have work to do
she has other cases before me to support
i got a letter today
1 they changed from zoom meeting to face to face
2 they have given a date early next month
I was super anxious ans worries because we have not prepared and the lady said she will not be in work that day
my worry is what if I have to go on my own without the welfare rights
i am already really worked up about the tribunal
she said she will write again to them to change it what if the tribunal do not agree?

the lady rang me stating she has already wrote to pip to adjourn the tribanlI don't understand why they did this because the hearing has nothing to do with PIP, it would be HMCTS that they would need to contact. If HMCTS don't agree to changing the date then you will need to appear still. Are you also aware that even with reprentation you will still need to speak for yourself, your rep will not be able to speak on your behalf.0 -
