Hello liltuneAlways look on a Review as a new claim. Never put "No Change" as your answer. If you still have a copy of your old claim then you can repeat what you said in your old claim and ammend it if things have changed. If you have not got your old claim then all you can do is be as descriptive as possible about how your condition affects you now. If you have someone who sees you often, cares for you or lives with you then you can ask them to provide you with a supporting letter explaining the difficulties for have for each of the PIP activities according to the descriptors.Information on the PIP Activities: https://pipinfo.net/#activitiesHow to Fill in the PIP2 Form: https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/pip/help-with-your-claim/fill-in-form-pip/If after your review you have a lower award the decision maker needs to give a detailed and credible reason why they gave you a lower award and what had changed and how your condition had improved to merit a lower award. If they do not do that you can request them to do that in your Mandatory Reconsideration if it is required.0
