You will be placed in the ESA Support Group and will be entitled to extra money. Assuming this is new style ESA your weekly amount will be £117.60 payable from the 14th week of the claim.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.

Thankyou

LCWRA is part of UC. Are you claiming UC as well as ESA?
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -

The ESA is deducted in full from any UC entitlement. For your UC you will be entitled to an extra £354/month from the 4th month after you reported your health condition. Providing you sent a fit notes within 7 days of this and continued to send fit notes until a decision was made on the WCA.When it's paid from exactly will depend on what date you reported your health condition and what date you usually receive your payment each month.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
