Tribunal Warning

I have started my appeal and waiting for a date. I read in various posts that the tribunal gives a warning to people who might lose their award. When does that happen? At what stage? Before or after the date is set?

It can be either before the hearing date and they will send you a letter. Or it can be on the day of the hearing, they will warn you during the hearing and then it will be adjorned for you to decide what you want to do.

How are you finding preparing for the tribunal?

Not very well. Emotionally is taking a toll on me. They have sent their response and its just ignoring any new evidence I have sent and any reason I have raised for my appeal. They just point some pages of the report and pretty much say what they have always said. Very sad "whatever puts food on the table" un-empathetic people in the DWP, working like robots. Soul-less creatures.

What you need to do is concentrate on the weakness in your evidence, rather than the strength in theirs. You can also get some expert advice from an agency near you. Start here https://advicelocal.uk/0

Excuse me. Who said my evidence are weak? I said they did not even comment on my evidence, because they are indeed strong and undoubtable. When I get to your place, knowing how the game is played (as I read you do for years), I will renew no probs. This is my first time and I am ignored as many others do. My evidence are backed from how my disability affects me from profesionals that have been seen me weekly, for years, tones of examples backed by evidence of the consequences and the list just goes on. Thanks for your reply.

How dare you speak to me that way! I’ve reported your comment as personal attacks are not allowed here on the forum!I have no idea what you mean by “know how the game is played” I don’t play any games so I would appreciate it if you don’t accuse me of such things!!1
