Here goes I already suffer depression anxiety social anxiety PTSD amongst other health issues as many of you are possibly wondering why it's D day for me tomorrow the reason being is I have a huge assessment coming up which has got to be done over the phone as I'm very jumpy etc ATM this can take from 60-90 mins which I'm not looking forward too and it's to see if I have BPD as doc referred me as no anti D's over the years or sleeping tablets have worked for me so I have possibly been on wrong meds all along how can the NHS fail people like this ???

Sounds like a positive step forward to me.

Hopefully they can get the diagnosis right this time and then get you on the correct treatment.

As to your final question…I was diagnosed with psychosis (which I didn’t have) and put on powerful anti psychotics unnecessarily…so they can definitely get it wrong!!!

@66Mustang I'm fuming with my doc chemist rung and said can you pick your monthly meds up in the morning I said yes she said oh the doc has added an extra box of meds for BPD which I haven't been on b4 he knows I have this assessment tomoz so I think he's done it so cover his bk

You can get through the assessment you are a very strong lady and then hopefully get the care you need 

Unfortunately they do get things wrong which then takes a lot of putting right 

Fingers crossed for you and by no means is anyone judging you

Hey, your a strong woman, just opening up on here is brave, it took a lot for me to open up to doc, and then I've opened up a tiny bit on here,,  every step is a step doesn't matter how fast or how big, wish you happy vibes and stay strong, you got this x

None is worthless, and your not a burden,, everyone needs a bit of help now and then, no shame in asking,, try and pamper yourself if you can, as much bubble bath and rest. It's horrible when your mind is doing overtime,, but like your body it needs to rest,, I know easier said than done, but even a book or TV show. Just learning how to shut off, it really helps...   Hope you feeling a tiny bit better,, one step at a time,, x

@SueHeath I can't leave the house as my boys off school with COVID so have my music on gonna give downstairs a deep clean then put washer on then do gardening have a bath do my hair and make up put clean PJs on etc mum xx
