Hello everyone I have had my assessment I did it so they having a meeting about me in the morning with a diagnosis she said stop taking the antidepressants as I'm not depressed she's going to ring me in morning to tell me what's what and they changing my meds thank you to everyone who's supported means alot xx

Thank you @janer1967 it wasn't very nice but it's not over yet I will get diagnosed in the morning she's going to ring me I'm scared but nothing I can do what will be will be x

Just remember it maybe a diagnosis but you have been living with whatever it is for a long time so getting diagnosis can only be positive to get you on the right track
