No, you no longer need to continue with restart. UC should have contacted them to let them know.

Thank you that's what I thought ! I told them myself and she keeps making appointments and saying she just wants see how her participants are doing and that they are told by DWP make appointments and write notes on each one. I've sent her a curt email last night telling her I feel persecuted ( I buroed my Dad lady Monday ! )

The restart scheme are only doing what they've been asked to do. You should contact UC and ask them to contact the scheme for you and tell them to cancel it.
