PIP review terror

I am 61. I have got my pip review form. Basically I just filled it in, like I was running at it like a bull at s gate. I am both physically disabled mentally ill and autistic, so I was in panic.
Should I contact them and ask for another copy of the form? I need to contact them for an extension because it took 10 days to get here.
My answers to each question were fairly short should they be longer? There isn't which space on the form.
I have a recent OT report which I got because I was applying for disabled housing from the council which hopefully will help.
Do they carry on paying pip while you are under review?
We have tried contacting cab and Age UK but it's so hard to get through to anybody.
I called up the PIP line today to ask for an extension and maybe a new form but I was on hold for an hour until the message said the lines are closed.
When I first applied, moving off DLA 2 years, ago, the assessor basically lied and I was turned down.
I was left an absolute despair.
I got help with a local charity to make an appeal, which worked, but that charity no longer does benefit help.
I am on the housing list for disabled housing now but I feel like I can't apply in case my PIP is stopped, because I need it for the extra charges there which UC will not cover (I was told I can't have housing benefit because of the benefit changes).
Is there even anybody you could pay to take you through the form?
Absolutely desperate here.

You should treat the form as if a it's a new claim and put as much information as possible without telling your life story. You should also give a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. There's never enough of space on the form to tell them everything so you should use extra sheets of paper. Make sure you put your name and NI number on everything you send. You don't need to request more forms, just use the one you have but include the extra sheets of paper.Best time to ring them is as soon as they open at 9am.You will need to make sure you sent any supporting evidence when you return the form.If your current award was from DWP and not a Tribunal then it will continue until a decision is made on the review. If it's from Tribunal then they have been known to extend those awards too until a decision is made but it doesn't always happen.1
