Do you get back pay from start of claim had first payment no back pay any help please

    If it's a first time claim and you weren't transferring from DLA then providing you had the conditions for at least 3 months then yes, it's backdated to the date you rang to start your claim. You will need to ring PIP to ask them why you didn't receive money owed.
