Hi, I’ve done my sons renewal back in august runs out December. Anyway I’ve had a lady ring me from payments part asking me to confirm bank details and that’s she putting it in today and I will receive a letter in a week. I’m a little confused on this can anyone help? 
My son received MRC LRM at the moment

    Potentially a higher award and money is owed. To know for certain what that award is you'll either need to wait for the letter or you can ring them to ask.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
