So I first sent a fit note in at the end of July this year (I can’t remember the exact date). I was paid my first UC payment on 4th August. So I am paid on the 4th of each month. My assessment period is the 29th to the 28th. I had my lcwra assessment last week and was awarded it on the 17th November. I’m so confused as to when I should recieve my first payment? Thanks.

If you reported your health condition when you first claimed UC and then sent a fit note within 7 days of that then your waiting period will be.. July/Aug, Aug/Sept, Sept/Oct.. LCWRA starts from AP 29th Oct to 28th Nov and your first LCWRA payment will be Dec 4th. You are not owed any LCWRA payment. This is because there's a full 3 month AP waiting time and the extra money is then paid from the 4th month.0

Yes because you reported your fit note at the end of the July/July AP. It has to be 3 full AP.
