Hi so last year I was involved in a car accident and have been in alot of pain and can’t do anything I used to do from then I’m waiting further scans and stuff. My mental health has also took a. Massive dive and I’m so scared of leaving the house. I applied to pip in June this year and had my assessment 2 days ago got a text today to say they had report . The woman on the phone did say it would take 5-6 weeks to hear back but I’m so nervous ! How long until I can ask for a copy of the assessment ? Praying so much and keeping fingers crossed for good news. Thanks

The decision can take anything up to 12 weeks so it's possible you won't have the decision before Christmas. You can request a copy of the report but please be aware that if you're already very anxious then it may not be a good idea to request it because even if it's a good report, your anxiety can still go through the roof. Of course it's up to you whether you request it.1

Welcome to the community @lisa181818
I can see you've already received some replies to your post, which have hopefully cleared that up for you a little!
I was just wondering whether you're receiving any support for your mental ill health at the moment, as it seems as though you're struggling a bit at the moment?0
