cause the benefits  cap for outside Greater London is £257 a week anything  over that houseing takes that puts the cap on your benefits

I have no idea what you mean.

The benefits cap does not apply because you get PIP - as already advised.

Please don't hassle people to reply. We are not just sitting here waiting to answer your questions. People will post when it is convenient to do so.

As advised, your best option is to contact a local advice agency with your paperwork. They can then do a benefits comparison with UC for you.

..you can't claim any extra sda so why use it on houseing forms..
If you live alone and receive daily living PIP and and nobody claims Carers Allowance or carer element of UC for looking after you then the HB calculation will include a Severe Disability Premium (SDP). This increases the amount of your personal allowance used to calculate your HB. Look at the information on premiums in one of the links I posted earlier.

If you were on the old ESA the calculation woulda also include SDP but you can't get this with the new style ESA you are getting.

I still can't make sense of your HB figures.
As best I can understand what you have said you get £65/week HB plus £10/week DHP and in one post you said you pay £22/week and in the more recent one you said £11/week. This is a long way short of the £125 you said your rent is. The HB figure suggests that your rent is £87/week (because £65 is 75% of £87).

Please try a local advice agency to go through it.
