Hello everyone. I was just seeking some advice and help regarding the after math of a PIP tribunal. I had my tribunal face to face on Friday 25th November 2022. I was awarded enhanced Mobility and Standard Daily Living and they are backdating it from 7th October 2021. At the hearing someone from the DWP attended via Phone link the lady from the DWP said she was happy how the hearing went and the judge explained that I had been given my decision letter there rather than post. I’m just so seeing what happens next. I know it’s been less than a week but not sure what’s what….

You will get a decision letter from DWP and they will start paying you your award every 4 weeks and any arrears will be paid separately. However it can take a couple of months for this to get sorted (assuming that DWP do not appeal to the upper tribunal).1
