PIP help

Hello this is for a friend his original award was was for 4 years from 2022 till 2026 but he contacted them before he went to holiday and to make them aware he will be back within a month whilst he was on holiday he received a letter saying we are writing to remind you that your personal independence payment (PIP) will end in Feb 2023 we understand that you might still need PIP if your circumstances are the same or are worse we want to help you continue to claim if you need to.
He is really confused and dosent understand why this has happened and is really stressed and dosent kno what to do anymore ?

They can review you at anytime. If he thinks receiving the review form is wrong then he needs to contact PIP to ask them.
