DWP challenge Pip decision

In july this year I was awarded pip I was back paid and have been receiving payment ever since however I have found out today DWP asked for a statement of reasons and that a new decision has been made my pip is still as normal and scheduled for payment just wondering if this is normal to be paid while this happens

    It is very odd to me I contacted HMCTS they said we can’t tell you but all we can say is it still may be in your favour so don’t worry too much
