Hi, I have claimed UC for a while now along side working. I come out of work last July due to sickness. Job center asked for a fit note so I give a fit note that was dated from July2021- may2022 
They accepted this Fit note
I have since provided monthly fit notes. I was asked to fill in a form by work coach for LCWRA it took months to recive the form. I filled it out sent it  back in August. I've been granted LCWRA last week after finaly having My assessment canceled as the nurse was not qualified enough to assess me due to a previous beain injury. Long story short, will I be back dated from the date that is on my first fit note? JULY 2021?

    There's a 3 month assessment period waiting time for the LCWRA element and then it's paid from the 4th month after you reported your health condition/sent first fit note.
    When it's paid from exactly will depend on the exact date you sent the fit note and what date you usually receive your payment each month.
    Based on the  you've given the extra money will be from either Nov or Dec 2021.
    Money owed will be paid separately to your usually monthly money and can take a few weeks at least to pay what's owed.

    I did only upload the sick note in April 22 but the fit note was dated from 2019 and they accepted it.

    In your first comment you said you sent it in July 2021 and now you say you didn't send it till April 2022 but it was backdated to 2019.
    They don't usually allow a backdated fit note. What date did you first report your health condition?

    I'm realy sorry I have gotten mixed up there. I sent my first fit note on 22nd April 2022. The dates on the sick note were 20 July 2021 till 20th may 2022. I did only report this in April but as i day sick note was back dated a year and They accepted it.

    Just because they accepted it, it doesn't mean they've accepted it from July. As i advised they don't usually accept it but it will be down to a decision maker to make that final decision.
    If they refuse to backdate it to July last year then it will be from April when you reported it. Therefore your first payment will be either Sept or Oct 2022. Depending on the date you usually receive you money each month.
    What was the reason why you didn't report it in July 2021?
